Care

Due to the delicate nature of these products, we recommend dry clean only. Do not machine wash. For small marks, spot clean with a clean, damp cloth and blot any excess moisture. Do not rub as this will cause fibre distortion. As all our products are made with natural fibres, over time, pilling may occur. The best treatment for this is to use a pilling comb to gently remove any fibre pills and finish by pressing with a cool, dry iron to re-shape.

Delivery & returns

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 4 working days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday – Friday) only, not including bank holidays or any other holiday periods specified by us. 

(Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times as this is subject to the courier and customs)

We are currently offering: Complimentary UK Delivery.

USA, Canada and EU orders are being delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - no additional duties, tariffs or import fees upon delivery.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Begg x Co product you can return it to us within 14 days as long as it is unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing tags, etc attached. Any free gifts with purchase promo items must also be returned. Personalised/monogrammed items and socks are non-refundable. Learn more about our returns policy here.
