Happy Chinese New Year

This week, we are celebrating in preparation for Chinese New Year.

Deeply rooted with a storied past, it is no surprise that Chinese culture is full of ancient tradition, rich heritage and mythical folklore. Chinese zodiacs have now become integrated into everyday life, with different meanings and characteristics assigned to each animal.

The Year of the Ox begins on 12 February 2021 and ends 31 January 2022. In Chinese culture, positive characteristics, such as being hardworking and honest, are attributed to the Ox.

To celebrate, we are introducing a hand-embroidered tonal Ox motif, placed in the bottom right corner of your Arran scarf, stole or throw. We are also offering 10% off our favourite red styles, the colour of good fortune and joy in China, with code CNY shop the styles below.
