Based on the West Coast of Scotland, music is ingrained in everything we do. Recently we’ve turned to it more than ever to help us get through these uncertain times. Attitude is everything, so we’ve pulled together all of our favourite songs and adopted a positive approach to help provide a little escapism from today’s worries.

At Home A New Dawn
We find that the pace of music can help concentration and focus whilst working from home. As we settle in and get used to this new way of living, we thought we’d share some blissful tracks that help us remain calm and concentrated on the task at hand, during these uncertain times. From Scotland’s own Erland Cooper with Longhope to Thom Yorke’s Suspirium, Nils Frahm to Van Morrison, these are the tracks we’re working to and finding solace in this week.
Glasgow School of Art Northern Soul
Back in the late 90’s / early 00’s, there was one place to be on a Saturday night in Glasgow – The Vic, at Glasgow School of Art, where Northern Soul mixed with Motown, Funk & Ska to help you escape all your worries and just dance. Divine was the place to be, where renowned ‘DJ for the DJ’s’ Andrew ‘Divine’ Symington would play his favourite vinyls to a packed out Art School Dance Floor. To kick start another week at home, we thought we’d share our favourite Northern Soul tunes to help you leave all your worries behind for a little while – press play, escape to the dance floor in your kitchen or living room and enjoy…
